The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Gentleman De Reve (FR) trained by Peter Maher was found to have blood at both nostrils post race.
360B Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dn H'dleOwing to the low lying sun, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for hurdles four and five to be omitted from this race
The Raceday Stewards enquired from B. Hayes, rider of Did I Ask You That, who slipped up approximately five furlongs from home. B. Hayes stated that his mount stumbled and came down independently of any other runner. Having considered the matter and viewed a recording of the race, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
K.C. Sexton, rider of Lyreen Og (GB), trained by A.J.Martin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered by the horse that slipped up.
S. O'Callaghan, rider of Obey The Order, trained by P.J. Rothwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered turning out of the back when a horse slipped up.

360F John Durkan Memorial Punchestown S'chaseS.W. Flanagan, rider of Senecia, trained by Vincent Laurence Halley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.
360H Jimmy Hayes Memorial (P-A) INH Flat RaceThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages of this race involving Boycetown, ridden by Mr D. G. Lavery, placed second, Drombane, ridden by Mr P.W. Mullins, placed fifth, and It's Only A Game (FR), ridden by Mr J.L. Gleeson, placed first, where it appeared It's Only A Game ran short of room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Mr D. G. Lavery stated that his mount shied away from the horse on his outside and when he went back to the inside he was unaware of the horse on his inner. Mr P. W. Mullins stated that he maintained his racing line. Mr J. L. Gleeson stated that he ran short of room but it did not cost him momentum. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found Mr D. G. Lavery was in breach of Rule 214, in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his record in this regard (first offence) the Raceday Stewards suspended Mr D. G. Lavery for three racedays, Furthermore, the Raceday Stewards reminded Mr J. L. Gleeson of his responsibilities concerning the accuracy of his evidence in future.
